Can I pay via COD?
Currently we offer Cash on delivery facilities for only a few geographical locations, namely Delhi NCR & Bangalore.
How do I use EMI?
You can use the EMI facility via your credit cards. Please select online payments through PayU at time of checkout, and in the payment gateway select the bank through which you wish to avail EMIs. The issuing bank may modify the terms of the EMI offering at any time. Further, the issuing bank may, at its sole discretion, choose to reject or change the EMI tenure (on the basis of customer history, amount of transactions, etc.) or withdraw the EMI scheme completely. For all such cases, customers must follow up with the issuing banks and Boingg! will not be responsible for any rejection.
Boingg! shall not be responsible for any disputes arising due to the non-conversion of a transaction into EMIs. Customers will have to inquire about the status of their EMI requests from their issuing banks.
Every bank has its own threshold value above which, a credit card holder may avail of the EMI facility while ordering furniture from Boingg!. The threshold value is decided by each particular bank and is in the range of Rs. 500-6000/-, varying from bank to bank.
EMI transaction requests, once submitted, cannot be cancelled/modified/reversed until the same have been approved/rejected by the issuing banks of the credit card holders.
For example, if an EMI transaction request is submitted on January 1 and is approved/rejected by the issuing back on January 7, the request cannot be cancelled/modified/reversed before January 7. Only after approval/rejection by the issuing bank, can customers cancel the transaction. In the event of a cancellation, Boingg! will raise a request with its payment aggregator (PayU), who will then coordinate with issuing bank to initiate a refund. As soon as the refund is approved at the bank’s end, the credit card limit will also be increased. However, do note that cancellation charges will be applicable, which will have to be borne by the customer.
My Transaction isn’t going through!
Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days. Please direct all questions and further clarifications regarding the above statement to firstname.lastname@example.org
Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?
We promised you, no nasties! The Boingg! team will never ask you to share personal financial information over phone or email.
What other things should I keep in mind during an online transaction?
During the payment process using netbanking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the Boingg! website with your order details which you can keep a copy of.
Never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.
Does Boingg.in store my card or account information?
Boingg.in does not collect or store your account information at all.
Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by PayU and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us. However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.
Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking?
We promise! We make sure to keep all your transaction at Boingg! completely safe. Transactions with Boingg!r are via the payment gateway PayU, which is both VeriSign Secured® as well as PCI compliant.
The VeriSign Secured® Seal is the most trusted security mark on the Internet. PCI stands for Payment Card Industry and PayU is compliant with the global information security standards defined for organizations which handle cardholder information. Be assured that your card or account information is encrypted as it travels over the Internet making it well and truly safe.
What should I keep handy for my online transaction?
For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC.
For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.
For Net Banking you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.
Can I cancel my order?
When you don’t like something the moment you see it, we will take it back! You can cancel an order either before it reaches your home, or upto 48 hours post delivery. We will refund the full amount back to you. However, we are unable to take cancellation requests after product delivery.
Cancellation prior to delivery – You can cancel your order for any product (except made-to-order products) at any time prior to its delivery by logging in to your account and selecting the ‘Request cancellation’ option. For cancellations made before a delivery attempt, any advance paid will be refunded as per our refunds policy. A delivery attempt is defined as a visit to the customer’s home for delivery purposes.
Cancellation at the time of delivery – In case, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel, Service Associate or other responsible personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us on our customer care number +91-41170803/04 or write to us at email@example.com. Damage or defect will be assessed in 1-2 days and a solution may be offered. If in the opinion of Boingg! the product is defective, the product may be replaced or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by the representative of Boingg!, to address the issue. However, if in the opinion of Boingg! there is no defect in the product, Boingg! shall return the same product back to you and no further action will be taken. Boingg! shall have the sole right to determine whether a product is defective or not.
Cancellation after delivery – Products once delivered cannot be returned. On the off chance that you receive a damaged or defective product, our delivery team will try to repair it on the spot or issue a replacement based on the product issue. This decision lies with the delivery team.
In case there are manufacturing defects post delivery, we will treat it as an After Sales Complaint. Such products will be repaired or replaced as deemed necessary by our After Sales Specialists.
When will I get the refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines -:
The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card at the time of delivery will be refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of initiating the refund through the online account, or will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Boingg!.
A promo code once used shall not be re-activated in case of cancellation of order, either by customer or Boingg!.
Will I get a full refund on my order?
For most products, you will get a 100% refund on valid cancellations (products cancelled on or before delivery/installation). The only exception is made-to-order products, where 25% of the product value is non-refundable on cancellation (this information will be made available to you on the product page).
We know kids soft furnishings get a workout but do remember to wash in the gentle cycle on cold or if possible please hand wash in cold water.
We love colors and request you to keep them as far away from the bleach as possible.
Please dry flat in shade. Dryers aren’t doing the environment any good.

Do you ship to my city and location?
We currently ship and offer installation in all major cities across the country for most products. However, we are still taking our baby steps and may face challenges in being able to ship items to remote areas. Are there any delivery charges or installation charges?
No! There are no delivery or installation charges as long as you are in one of our serviceable cities. Delivery,installation and clean up after the delivery process is on us.
How long is the delivery time?
We know you are eagerly waiting for your orders to reach you and we are constantly striving to reduce that waiting time! Currently, we ship any order within 5 days of receiving it and should reach you within 10-15 days depending on your location!
What is the warranty on my product?
Our standard manufacturing warranty is for one year on all our furniture items. We will always have your back, however, it would not be possible for us to cover damages due to natural wear and tear and in the off case that the product is used beyond its intended use.
I want to customize one of your products, can I do that?
We are like kids with their first art project when it come to our products! But as grown-ups we understand that there is always room for improvement. We would be happy to help out with changes in the size of our products, the color combinations from our existing catalog and add some more storage if required.
Can I see the products before I buy?
Of course! We love for our friends to come and share the happy places we have set up. We currently have two experience centers in Gurgaon and keeping our fingers crossed to add to that list very quickly. Currently customizations to the products in our catalogue are limited to changes in size, color and additions of storage. With our extensive product line we are sure we would be help you choose the best items for your requirements.

Of course! You can create your very own wishlist by clicking the ‘heart’ symbol on the top right corner of each product page. If you do this while logged in to your account(would be a great idea!) you would be able to see it anytime you log-in.
I like the whole look in a picture on the site. Can I get everything?
We would love to help you put together a look!. Give us a call @ +91-41170803/04. However, on the site the products are sold individually at the moment. We would also like you to note that some props and other items in the image may not be available for sale.
Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?
No, shipments are free of charge.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Oops! We are sorry to hear that. In case you receive a damaged product(damage as defined within manufacturing warranty) please call us within 48 hours of the delivery @ +91-41170803/04 (Monday-Saturday 8 am-8 pm) or email us at email@example.com
Our team will do assess the damage and respond to you within 2 business days. We will either repair or replace the product depending on the degree of damage.
