Warranty Details

We provide a Manufacturing Warranty upto 12 months for Any manufacturing defects, Hardware malfunction. Not covered in Warranty- Product abuse, unusual damage, cracks and laminate peel-offs due to rough usage, color fading due to sunlight exposure & fungus due to placement near water area.

We provide a 5 Years Performance Guarantee- wherein any Part of the Product fails to carry its function without any damage due to the above mentioned reasons, we will replace it without cost. For any Part which is damaged due to Wear and Tear, or Water/Scratches- we will charge only the material cost of the part. Please read the Care instructions for the products as mentioned below.

Care Instructions

All our products are tested upto the weight bearing capacity as specified. Hot materials on the surface can cause permanent marks, please use a coaster or mat. Don't drag the product, as continuous pushing/pulling can lead to weakening of joints. To move furniture, always lift and put down, or deassemble, and reassemble. Everyday mild detergent with a soft cloth is to be used to clean the furniture. Please don't use any harsh materials/soap. Don't use a scrubber on the surface, as it may leave marks. Keep out of harsh sunshine to ensure colors don't fade over a long period of time. To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint free cloth.
