Warranty Details

Manufacturing Warranty (Up to 12 Months)

Covers: Any manufacturing defects and hardware malfunction.

Not covered:

• Product abuse
• Unusual damage
• Cracks and laminate peel-offs due to rough usage
• Color fading due to sunlight exposure
• Fungus due to placement near water area

5 Years Performance Guarantee

If any part of the product fails to carry its function without any damage due to the above-mentioned reasons, we will replace it without cost.

For parts damaged due to wear and tear, water, or scratches – only the material cost of the part will be charged.

Care Instructions

• All our products are tested up to the weight bearing capacity as specified.
• Hot materials on the surface can cause permanent marks – please use a coaster or mat.
• Do not drag the product – continuous pushing/pulling can lead to weakening of joints.
• To move furniture, always lift and put down, or deassemble and reassemble.
• Use everyday mild detergent with a soft cloth to clean the furniture.
• Do not use harsh materials/soap.
• Do not use a scrubber on the surface – it may leave marks.
• Keep out of harsh sunshine to ensure colors don’t fade over time.
• To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls.
• Wipe moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint-free cloth.
