Here’s how boingg!’s furniture exchange works:

  • Step-1

    Give us the details of the boingg! product you want to exchange.

  • Step-2

    Our team will contact you within 48–72 hours to assess the product's condition and determine its exchange value – up to 30% of the original purchase price.

  • Step-3

    Once the exchange value is ascertained and the new product is decided,  we will pickup the exchange product on the same day as the delivery of the new product.
